How Forus works
Two ways to hire, then escrow and a review if the two sides disagree.
Two clear paths
If you know the work, buy a service: the price, the timing, and the revisions are written before you order. If the work is still open, post a project and compare the offers that come back.
- A ready-made service fits a logo, an article, photography, and translation with a fixed scope.
- An open project fits a site or an app whose page count is not settled yet.
Escrow
When you accept an offer, the amount is held against that order. The freelancer can see that it is reserved, and it is not transferred before your approval or a review decision. Forus deducts its fee when the amount is released, not when you post.
- You accept the offer and pay into escrow.
- The freelancer delivers the files within the time.
- You approve, ask for the agreed revision, or open a review.
Civil ID and phone
Every freelancer confirms a phone number with a code. A freelancer in Kuwait uploads a Civil ID, and a freelancer elsewhere in the GCC uploads a current national ID. We match the name to the profile. The mark does not mean you will like the work. It means the person you are writing to holds that phone and that ID.
If you disagree
A dispute opens from the order page within three days of delivery. Both sides attach the brief, the offer, and the files. Forus reviews the record on business days and either asks for a specific revision, releases the amount, or returns it. The decision is written on the order so it stays clear.
