Using Forus
By using the marketplace, as a client or a freelancer, you agree to publish accurate information and not to use the market to request work that is illegal in Kuwait or in the country where the work is done.
Orders and offers
The service or project description and the accepted offer are the scope. Anything not written there is not part of delivery. Revisions beyond the written number are priced in a new agreement.
Fees and escrow
Posting a project is free. The buyer fee and the freelancer commission are shown on the fees page before payment. A held amount is released only by approval or a review decision. Forus is not a party to an employment contract and does not guarantee commercial profit from the delivered work.
Accounts and suspension
An account can be suspended if it submits an identity that does not match the name, repeats misleading offers, or asks to move payment outside escrow to avoid fees. Suspension is sent to the registered email.
